Entering the third month of the 2019 fiscal year, the December visa bulletin continues to reflect minimal movement from the prior month. EB-1 Priority Workers for All Chargeability areas, El Salvador/Guatemala/Honduras, Mexico, Philippines, and Vietnam advance 3 months to a cut-off date of July 1, 2017. EB-1 China and India also advance 3 months to September 1, 2016. EB-2 “Members of the Professions Holding Advanced Degrees or Persons of Exceptional Ability” for China jumps 6 weeks to July 1, 2015 while EB-2 India only moves 5 days to April 1, 2009. EB-3 “Professionals/Skilled Workers” for the Philippines and China advance only 8 and 7 days to June 8, 2015 and June 15, 2017, respectively. EB-3 India progresses 2 months to March 1, 2009.
