EB-3 “Professionals/Skilled Workers” for All Chargeability areas, El Salvador/Guatemala/Honduras, Mexico, and Vietnam are current. EB-3 China and Vietnam advances 7 months to a cut-off date of June 1, 2015 and June 1, 2017, respectively. EB-3 India jumps 6 years to January 1, 2009.
