EB-1 Priority Workers for All Chargeability areas, El Salvador/Guatemala/Honduras, Mexico, Philippines, and Vietnam advances 10 months to April 1, 2017. EB-1 China and India jumps 4.5 years to June 1, 2016. EB-2 “Members of the Professions Holding Advanced Degrees or Persons of Exceptional Ability” for All Chargeability areas, El Salvador/Guatemala/Honduras, Mexico, Philippines, and Vietnam are current. EB-2 China and India advances 2.4 years and 2.2 years to a April 1, 2015 and March 26, 2009 cut-off date, respectfully. EB-3 “Professionals/Skilled Workers” for All Chargeability areas, El Salvador/Guatemala/Honduras, Mexico, and Vietnam are current. EB-3 China and Vietnam advances 7 months to a cut-off date of June 1, 2015 and June 1, 2017, respectively. EB-3 India jumps 6 years to January 1, 2009.
