The March visa bulletin continues to reflect very minimal progress from the prior month. EB-1 Priority Workers for All Chargeability areas, El Salvador/Guatemala/Honduras, Mexico, Philippines, and Vietnam advance just 1 month to a cut-off date of January 1, 2018. EB-1 China and India advance only 2 weeks to February 22, 2017. EB-2 “Members of the Professions Holding Advanced Degrees or Persons of Exceptional Ability” for China progresses another 3 months to January 1, 2016 while EB-2 India continues its very slow movement by advancing 3 days to April 9, 2009. EB-3 “Professionals/Skilled Workers” for the Philippines and India jump 4 months and 1 month to December 1, 2017 and May 22, 2009, respectively. EB-3 China advances only 1 week to July 8, 2015.
