The May visa bulletin continues to reflect very minimal movement from the prior month. EB-1 Priority Workers for All Chargeability areas, El Salvador/Guatemala/Honduras, Mexico, Philippines, and Vietnam advance just 1 month to a cut-off date of March 1, 2018. EB-1 China and India have no movement and remain at February 22, 2017. EB-2 “Members of the Professions Holding Advanced Degrees or Persons of Exceptional Ability” for China progresses only 6 weeks to May 15, 2016 while EB-2 India continues its very slow movement by advancing 4 days to April 16, 2009. EB-3 “Professionals/Skilled Workers” for the Philippines and India will advance 3 months and 1 week to June 1, 2018 and July 1, 2009, respectively. EB-3 China advances 3 weeks to August 22, 2015.
