Entering the second month of the 2020 government fiscal year, the U.S. Citizenship & Immigration Services (USCIS) will again use the Dates for Filing chart (Chart B), which will have no change from the prior month, to file employment-based preference cases during November. The Final Action chart (Chart A) shows some modest movement. EB-1 Priority Workers for All Chargeability areas, El Salvador/Guatemala/Honduras, Mexico, Philippines, and Vietnam advance 5 weeks to June 1, 2018. EB-1 China jumps 3 months to February 1, 2017, while EB-1 India holds at January 1, 2015. EB-2 “Members of the Professions Holding Advanced Degrees or Persons of Exceptional Ability” for All Chargeability areas, El Salvador/Guatemala/Honduras, Mexico, Philippines and Vietnam, are “C”urrent. EB-2 China advances 2 ½ months to March 15, 2015. EB-2 India inches forward by one day to May 13, 2009. EB-3 “Professionals/Skilled Workers” for All Chargeability areas, El Salvador/Guatemala/Honduras, Mexico, Philippines, and Vietnam are also “C”urrent. EB-3 China and India remain at November 1, 2015 and January 1, 2009, respectively. EB-3 Philippines moves forward 3 ½ months to February 1, 2018.
